Author-it Administrator allows you to create basic to advanced security profiles for all your users. Whether it be at an individual user level or groups of users, creating security settings is simple.
Combining security settings at a folder and release state level allows you to create highly effective and advanced security settings. Security profiles are created by selecting the user or group and selecting appropriate file objects and folders for access.
Author-it Administrator also allows you to create and maintain the list of variables from which the users can select. This includes regular variables and html variables. Database maintenance can be completed in the Administrator module, allowing you to maintain your Author-it Jet and SQL databases as required.
