Using Author-it publishing profiles you can create an unlimited number of outputs using the base formats and even create your own XSLT support. The whole process can be fully automated with capabilities ranging from file and zip operations, to FTP and WebDAV.

Publishing profiles
Author-it lets you create personalised profiles based on output rather than format. For example, instead of publishing to 'HTML', you can now set profiles that publish to 'Sales Presentation' or ' Web Based Help' etc.
Publishing profiles set rules that control:
- Which outputs a book (or books based on specific templates) can be published to
- The users that can publish using that specific profile
- The release states content must be in for it to be included
- The templates, media objects, and/or external files that are used to control formatting and layout
